I just got a chance to post a few pic’s from a recent trip to Miami Metro Zoo. Great place. Forgot how much fun it could be. It’s definitely worth the trip if you haven’t been. I’d probably wait until it get’s a little cooler though…

I don’t know what it is… They’re just out there catching crab and bitching about things. Not much changes. But I love this show. I’ve been waiting for this all winter. It’s loaded up on the Tivo and I’m ready for the new season. Episode one, here I come…

So I was out in Albuquerque for Thanksgiving visiting my wife (she’s going to school out there don’t you know).
We decided to take a ride to the top of the Sandia Mountains on the Sandia Peak Tramway.
As it says on the website, it is “…the world’s longest aerial tramway…” that “… transports you above deep canyons and breathtaking terrain a distance of 2.7 miles“
So here we are riding the tram up the mountain and pass through a snowy coud bank. We see the other tram appear through the clouds. As the cable car got closer, we noticed smething a little odd about the tram.
Click on the picture to see more. It’s a maintenance guy on the roof. He was doing some tower maintenance and riding the trams to move from tower to tower. Pretty wild. That guy must have been freezing. It was 20 degrees outside and it was just a little windy.
I thought I would only see things like this on Dirty Jobs…
